Wacky Wombok Kimchi

Kimchi

Kimchi is a traditional Korean pickle consisting of lacto-fermented vegetables, often fermented in a spicy seasoning paste. Kimchi is rich in vitamin C, A, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), carotene, calcium, iron and contains live lactic acid bacteria. Kimchi is often made with wombok (chinese cabbage), however we make kimchi with many different vegetables! Enjoy with eggs, meat, salads, sandwiches, stir-fry's, rice, noodles, soups, stews, toast or straight from the jar!

Wacky Wombok Kimchi uses the traditional ingredients of Chinese cabbage (wombok) and daikon radish to create a classic kimchi found in every Korean home.

It combines perfectly with pork and other fatty meats, stir frys, noodles and fried rice, eggs any way, topping soups and stews, or eating on toast with peanut butter!

Organic Ingredients: Wombok, daikon, water, apple, onion, Korean chilli powder, chives, garlic, Himalayan salt, rice flour, porcini mushroom.
