Honey Turmeric Kombucha

Kombucha

Kombucha is an ancient fermented sour tonic that promotes good health. The kombucha culture transforms tea into a healing and refreshing elixir full of beneficial bacteria, yeasts, enzymes, vitamins and organic acids. Health benefits include detoxification, joint care, aids in digestion, increased energy and stamina, boosts immune system, balances acidity, helps combat depression, constipation, diarrhoea, weak digestion, and many more health problems. Start with a small glass a day if fermented food & drinks are new to you, otherwise enjoy as a refreshing soft drink or alcohol alternative.

Honey Turmeric Kombucha is a very earthy drink.

Our classic black tea kombucha is flavoured with pure raw honey straight from our flow hives, fresh turmeric, and peppercorns.

Raw honey has antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, a strong antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. And the piperine compound in black pepper has been found to increase the uptake of the curcumin in our bodies by 2000%, meaning this flavour of kombucha packs quite a medicinal punch.

Ingredients: Certified organic black tea, certified organic raw sugar, live kombucha culture, pure raw honey, fresh organic turmeric, certified organic black pepper.
