Kombucha is an ancient fermented sour tonic that promotes good health. Our classic black tea kombucha is flavoured with pure raw honey straight from our flow hives, fresh turmeric, and peppercorns.

Raw honey has antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, a strong antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. And the piperine compound in black pepper has been found to increase the uptake of the curcumin in our bodies by 2000%, meaning this flavour of kombucha packs quite a medicinal punch.
