Garden pesto is a twist on the classic pesto, using a mix of garden herbs including nasturtium, parsley, rocket and perennial basil. We make garden pesto through the Winter and Spring season when these herbs are growing abundantly.
Pesto can be an accompaniment to almost any meal, including dolloping on pizza, mixing through pasta, and used as a spread.
Ingredients: Australian Extra virgin olive oil (Melilanda), organic herbs, organic cashew nuts, organic lemon juice, pecorino cheese (Comboyne Culture), organic sauerkraut juice, organic garlic, Himalayan salt.
