The Italian classic, Basil Pesto is an all time favourite of many. We make basil pesto through the Summer and Autumn season when basil grows.
Pesto can be an accompaniment to almost any meal, including dolloping on pizza, mixing through pasta, and used as a spread.
Ingredients: Australian Extra virgin olive oil (Melilanda), organic basil, organic cashew nuts, organic lemon juice, pecorino cheese (Comboyne Culture), organic sauerkraut juice, organic garlic, Himalayan salt.
